The hotel rooms were a mix of experiences, from spacious and extremely clean to disappointing with stinky pillow cases and a filthy toilet. The requested upper floor with a view turned out to be a second floor view of air conditioner stacks. However, the room service was very nice, bringing snacks, despite encountering a rude and condescending check-in. The location was rated positively with easy access to eateries, but the smoky smell was a downside.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were ample and comfortable enough, but they were not made up for me after the first night. The location was within a reasonable distance from public transport, which was convenient. The service was awesome too, with a great guy at check-in who talked to us. The hotel staff was friendly, although I found it odd when a lady was referred to as 'mom/grandma' because she was with her younger coworkers.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were cozy, but not as luxurious as I had experienced in other places due to overbooking of king rooms. The service was amazing, with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location was clean and green, offering a convenient base with plenty of dining options nearby.
